Our main customer base is located in Europe, and Frankfurt offers one of the most reliable and well-connected data hubs in the EU. Hosting our infrastructure there allows us to provide faster access, stronger data protection, and optimal performance for European users.
Why is Windows 11 the recommended system requirement?
A: Our app leverages modern technologies that are optimized for Windows 11. While the app may still function on Windows 10, we strongly recommend Windows 11 for the following reasons:

What Happens If No Evidence Is Found?
We don’t guess. If we can’t find peer-reviewed evidence for your query, we’ll say so clearly and provide example questions or query templates to help you search more effectively. For medical decisions, “I don’t know” is better than “probably.”
How Do You Prevent AI Hallucinations?
Every answer includes DOI links to peer-reviewed sources. No DOI? No answer. You can click any DOI to verify the information in the original research paper. We never make claims we can’t cite.

Absolutely not. This app is designed for general medical knowledge and literature search only. Never enter:
Patient names, dates of birth
Social Security Numbers, Medical Record Numbers
Chart numbers, insurance IDs
Addresses, phone numbers
Any personally identifiable information (PII)
